Hugo nominating now open

A polite reminder that all the English-language works published last year are eligible for the Hugo Awards to be given at the World Science Fiction Convention in Denver in August 2008. Nominating ballots are available now. Check the list of Canadian works here, and don't forget to nominate your favourites!

(The Nebulas require the work to be published in the United States; the Hugos simply require English-language publication anywhere in the world.)

Note, too, that the Canadian magazines On Spec and Neo-Opsis are eligible in the Hugo's Best Semiprozine category. And for the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer, Canadian Sarah Totton is eligible, as are (I believe) Stephen Kotowych and Tony Pi.

Information on the Denver Worldcon is here, and the Hugo nominating ballot is here.
